Personality: Vivian is a kind-hearted person who tries to be nice to people. Sometimes he's scared to stand up for himself, but he's used to not getting his way. He has often been the victim of insults and abuse, and has a history of struggling with an inferiority complex.
Lately, he's been trying to be more confident. When he's in a good mood, he'll try to be proactive and sociable. He also tends to be pretty flirty, with boys and girls alike.
Vivian has an extreme dislike for villains and bullies. He's not prone to speaking up, but he really hates to see people abuse others. He tries his best to stand up to mean people to avoid having others get hurt.
Most people don't know that Vivian is male. He doesn't usually correct people on this. He prefers to keep it hidden, to avoid insults and abuse. He'll reveal it to his friends, though, and some of his least favorite people already know anyway.
Backstory: Vivian was a part of the Shadow Sirens, a team consisting of him and his older sisters Marilyn and Beldam. The three were assigned to find and defeat Mario, but after an incident in Twilight Town, Vivian grew tired of abuse from Beldam and joined Mario's side.
After adventuring with Mario, Vivian went back to his sisters, who were made to promise not to abuse him any more. Vivian wasn't satisfied, though. Having learned to think more highly of himself, Vivian wanted to be useful in the world and overcome his problems.
Beldam was more than happy to see him off to Sumabura Gakuen, where he would grow strong, and be out of her hair for a while.
